Menulab RSS Syndication Url Changed

The source URL of Menulab RSS syndication has changed from http://www.menulab.com/syndication/menulab.xml to http://www.menulab.com/syndication/rss/menulab.aspx. The reason is that I do not have programmtic access to the webservers logfiles instead I am measuring website traffic using the HttpRequest object and so I need a hook into the HttpRequest object for measuring traffic on Menulab RSS syndication. The old Menulab RSS syndication source will still be around for a while, but ultimately it will be removed.

Sorry for the inconvenience
Rasmus

First example with VB.NET example code!

Until now I have delivered SlidingMenu examples with only CSharp code, but customers using VB.NET instead of CSharp are starting to ask me for VB.NET example code too. The first SlidingMenu example with VB.NET example code is now ready, it is the DataBound ImageBox example. As I am new to VB.NET, you may find the VB.NET example code on a less than professional level, however it does the work.

It is my intention to supply VB.NET example code for all SlidingMenu examples. While new menu examples will be born with both CSharp and VB.NET example code, I will notify it here in the Menulab RSS every time I finish VB.NET example code for existing examples.

(SM) Dynamic Help Works Again!

SlidingMenu Dynamic Help in VS.NET IDE integrates with this website by downloading the help topic then a help topic link is clicked from within the VS.NET IDE, this have the advantage that I can change the help topic description without you need to do anything.

Unfortunately my ISP have shiftet default page priority - an action that have disabled proper user of SlidingMenu Dynamic Help for I don't know how long time. This problem is solved now.

New (SM) Menu Example
- DataBound ImageBox

The DataBound ImageBox example is mainly a copy of the Manual ImageBox example, except that instead of adding each Slide Image manually, they are added automatically from some data source and also the images are not uploaded to the client browser at once, instead a Slide Image is first uploaded then the user opens the Group that hold the Slide Image. The last feature secures that the user don't have to wait a long time while the images downloads, instead the user must experience a short delay first time he want to see a particular image. Check the new DataBound ImageBox or the old Manual ImageBox
